TENT PEGGING / SKILL AT ARMS

To be Judged on Friday, 14th May

Class 57 Tent Pegging
Open to all serving Officers and Other Ranks from any Unit, Riding or Saddle Club of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army, Royal Air Force, Police Force and members of the Volunteer Reserve of those Services and members of the British Tent Pegging Association (BTA).  All competitors are to be members of the BTA and the minimum age of a competitor is 16 years of age.
To be judged under British Tent Pegging Association Rules. Preliminary judging in the BHS Frogmore Arena at 10.00am.
Competitors must declare at the Declarations Office by 7.30a.m. on Friday 14th May.
Individual Competition
The winner will be the competitor gaining the highest total of points.
CHALLENGE CUP, presented by the late Major A N K Chiesman.
Prizes: £41; £31; £26; £16; £11; £11.
Team Competition
The winning team will be the one whose three competitors gain the highest total of points.
CHALLENGE CUP, presented by the Officers of the Life Guards.
Prizes: £70; £48.
Class 59 Skill at Arms
To be judged under British Tent Pegging Association Rules, in the Castle Arena.
Competitors are to be aware that the qualifying round for the Skill at Arms will be held at the Aldershot Horse Show on Sunday 2nd May 2010.  The top eight competitors in the Skill at Arms will qualify to compete at Royal Windsor Horse Show.
Competitors must declare at the Declarations Office by 7.30a.m. on Friday 14th May.
